Trampoline & Tumbling: 2/week

Schedule:  Tuesdays @ 6:30 / Wednesdays @ 6:00 / Thursdays @ 6:30 ...Attend whatever two days work with your schedule each week with no pre-scheduling required. 

AGES 10 & UP An explosion of fun!, learn to flip, twist, bounce, and hurl your body through the air through training in trampoline and power tumbling. You won’t even realize you’re developing balance, coordination, agility, endurance, reflex training, kinesthetic awareness, and cardiovascular efficiency.
