Intermediate Flex/Flight Class (6&up) - M 7:30

Level: Advanced Flexibility/Flight

(Requirements: Must have taken Beginner Flexibility & Flight) This class will focus on INTERMEDIATE level flying skills, both group and partner stunting as well as increased flexibility in every aspect of flying. This is also an intensive stretching class for anyone looking to improve flexibility. There will be a focus on stretching the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and quads.
