Parent and Tot classes are designed to encourage learning with the comfort of having Mom or Dad there on site. While working with an instructor, parents will encourage their child to learn such things as jumping with two feet on the trampoline. Beginner skills such as tuck jump, straddle jumps and seat drops.
Tumbling rotations will include a trip around the weekly obstacle course incorporating front rolls, back rolls, balance beam and simple bar work.
Working to learn simple social skills such as waiting your turn, working with others, taking verbal instructions, as well as social interaction. This setting is a great opportunity to help your child feel more comfortable in the gym making an easier transition to our 2 1/2 year old class or preschool program.
