Ever wonder how to get your child ready for any and all sports? The Sports Readiness class is just the ticket.

This class includes speed, quickness and agility drills, core body strength, upper body strength and learning how to make your body move in the most efficient manner.

This class is great preparation for basketball, baseball, football, track and many other sports. There is not better activity than trampoline to develop a child's spatial awareness which is a critical element in all sports and enhances cognitive development.
