Tumbling & Trampoline (Level 1) Beginner

Tumbling and Trampoline training for beginners.  Athletes will be working on strength training and stretching as well as handstands, power hurdles, standing bridges, front rolls and back rolls.

Our goal is to make these kiddos strong and teach them tumbling in a fun and save environment.
