Tumbling & Trampoline (Level 1) Intermediate/Advanced

Level: Intermediate/Accelerated

Tumbling and Trampoline training for the next level.  Athletes will continue to work on strength training and stretching.   In the Intermediate level we will add cartwheels, round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers and limbers. In the Advanced level we will add multiples of the above skills mentioned.

Our goal is to make these kiddos strong and teach them tumbling in a fun and save environment.
