Tumbling & Trampoline (Level 1) beginning/ Intermediate/Advanced

Level: Beginning/Intermediate/Accelerated

(Possible mixed class with beginning-advanced)

Athletes will be working on strength training and stretching.

Beginning:  handstands, power hurdles, standing bridges, front rolls and back rolls.

Intermediate:  cartwheels, round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers and limbers.

Advanced:  we will add multiples of the above skills mentioned.

Our goal is to make these kiddos strong and teach them tumbling in a fun and save environment.
