Adult Gymnastics Fitness

Level: Beginner

This class is for adults, no gymnastics experience necessary, but will be tailored to the individual experience level.  The focus will be on development of gymnastics strength skills and progressions and some basically tumbling for those interested.  Foundational skills will include handstand development, handstand push ups, handstand walks, straddle presses, rope climb, leg lifts and other body weight training and skills.  

This class is paid for by session (12 weeks) but will be tracked by attendance - so you pay for 12 classes at a time but renew your “punchcard” for another 12 classes only after you have attended 12 classes.  This means you do not have to make it every week and will only be paying for the classes you attend.
