Level: Super Beginners

Super Beginners:  (4 and up)  This class is for four years and up who are capable of swimming 15 feet and have mastered the Advanced Beginners course.  Students will learn rolling breaths to prep for side breathing.  They will also begin to learn the whip kick for the elementary backstroke.  Final Goals:  *Side Kick Glide 10 Feet *Whip Kick with Kick board 15 Feet and *Independent Swim 20 Feet with Rolling Breath
