In Cheer Prep and Tumble we take your athlete through all major vocabulary in the cheer world, teach motions, jumps, faces, how to properly warm up, stretch and strengthen your body. This is a JAM PACKED class that is really important for the new to cheer athlete so they can build a strong foundation in their new sport.
