Flex & Fly

A class designed to teach students proper stretching techniques to increase flexibility - particularly in the hips, hamstring, quad, shoulders, mid and lower back.  Attendees will also work on concepts of a flyer such as balance, control, body positions and stability.  This class is open to all positions (bases, spotters, etc).  There are no PREREQUISITES for this class.
