Beginning Class (Level 1 - Beginning)

Level: Level 1

This class will focus on the basic techniques and core fundamentals of tumbling such as: a cartwheel, forward roll, handstand, and back bend from a standing position.  This class is heavily focused on drills to build body lines, muscle strength, muscle memory and flexibility.

PREREQUISITES:  There is no prerequisites for this class/level.
