Walkover Class (Level 1)

Level: Level 1

This class will focus on the front and back walkover and walkover series as well as a round off rebound and continued strength and conditioning of skills, body lines and muscle control.

PREREQUISITES:  Students must be able to perform a strong and consistent cartwheel, handstand, forward roll and backbend from a standing position.
