Yoga Class Description
Yoga is a universal practice that invites connection of the mind, body, and soul. This practice releases stress and tension while increasing balance, flexibility, and strength. In this class we’ll be exploring pranayama (breath work), asana (postures), and meditation to clear the mind and become more open. Varrita has received certifications for Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, Thai yoga massage, therapeutic massage therapy and is also a Gymnastics instructor.

369 South Avenue Westfield on the main gym floor located in the rear of the building.

Passes must be used the week they are activated. The pass is activated at the 1st class attended. Passes expire at the end of the week they are activated.
 
What to Bring
Bring your own mat and towel. Wear yoga inspired workout clothes.
