Jump Class (Nathan)

Level: Jump Classes

In Jump Class, the athlete will learn one of the most fundamental aspects of cheerleading that is crucial to both all-star and school cheerleading: Jumps. The class will focus on learning proper arm-placement and jump technique. In addition, participants will perform stretching and conditioning drills to increase the strength and flexibility of the athlete's jumps. Jump technique is one of the easiest ways that a cheerleader can improve their over-all impressions as a whole, and taking this class is an excellent step in the direction of self-improvement as a cheerleader.
