This class is for active 8-11 year old boys who want to run, jump, climb, bounce, roll, flip, play games, and get stronger and faster!  With this high-energy, action-packed class, FUN is sure to  be had.  Gymnastics is a great way to improve coordination, body awareness, power, agility, and TOTAL body strength in a FUN, positive atmosphere.  Many students use these classes as cross training or off-season training for other sports/activities.
