This class is for girls who want to focus on tumbling and conditioning. Athletes will utilize the trampolines, tumble track (long firm trampoline), rod floor, and spring floor to learn drills and skills including front and back rolls, handstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers, and round-offs.
