These 1.5hr classes are jam-packed with energy and fun!


Focusing on building fitness, strength and a greater understanding of the core gymnastic elements of the traditional Olympic Gymnastics events Floor ExercisePommel Horse, RingsVault, Parallel Bars, High Bar, as well as strength and flexibility.    


Our structured curriculum teaches the foundational skills for gymnasts potentially interested in future competitive gymnastics opportunities. For gymnasts looking to jump ahead try adding a second session.


This program plays an integral part in preparing children physically for all athletic activities.
