TRAINED SKILLS: ROUND-OFF BACK HANDSPRING FULL, ROUND-OFF FULL, STANDING BACK HANDSPRINGS TO FULL, COMBO PASS TO FULL, STANDING TWO BACK HANDSPRINGS TO FULL, COMBO PASS TO DOUBLE, STANDING BACK HANDSPRINGS TO DOUBLE, STANDING FULL, WHIP PUNCH VARIATIONS, ARABIANS, 1 1/2 STEP-OUT, KICK FULL/DOUBLE.
PREREQUISITE SKILLS: ROUND-OFF BACK HANDSPRING LAYOUT, STANDING 2 BACK HANDSPRINGS TO LAYOUT, STANDING BACK TUCK.

Our certified instructors are prepared to take athletes of all ages and skill levels through the proper progressions necessary for developing both the physical, mental technique and strength needed to perform tumbling skills with confidence, consistency, and great execution! All Athletes MUST be able to demonstrate a mastery of all prior level skills before moving on to the next.
XTREME TUMBLING: Once the athlete is properly executing all advanced level skills, they will move into X-Treme Tumbling. This class will focus on mastering running & standing full, Arabian, front full, full and a half, double full and whip to full/double.
