Love handstands? Want to learn handstands? Want to balance in a handstand while on someone else’s hands? Then this hand to hand class is for you. In this class you will be given incremental exercises and techniques, strengthening the body and giving you the confidence to hold handstands and balance others in handstands while L-basing and standing. This class is partner focused, where you will work collaboratively, learning both trust and connection. Beginner and intermediate students welcome. You will also learn counter balances and acrobatic/dance lifts. Come fly high, challenging both the mind and body!
