Level 1 Safety

All students will begin in this class. Students will learn the fundamentals of parkour on the floor, vaults, wall, and bars. Students will focus on improving strength, balance, quadrupedal movement, and learning safe falling techniques. Specific movements include proper footing, 7 basic vaults, safety rolls, cat grabs, and basic wall climbs. Spacial awareness, body control, increased strength and mental focus will also be addressed here.
