Our ‘Half Highs’ Circus Classes teach a range of basic circus skills including tumbling, mini trampoline, hula hooping, juggling, diabolo, staff and plate spinning, poi twirling and basic aerial trapeze and tissu.
Classes are designed to assist in the development of core strength, co-ordination and complex movements and to prepare participants for further circus training. Our expert trainers provide a safe and inclusive environment in which participants can express themselves and learn at their own pace.
Our ‘Half Highs’ program is a great way to encourage young people to become active and learn about their body’s potential, setting up the foundations for a healthy, active life from the very beginning!
Participants also learn to socialise with and between age groups outside of a school environment, gaining confidence and challenging themselves in a way that is safe and fun!
