In this class, students learn the fundamentals of parkour including proper jumping and landing technique, balance, flips, rolls, climbing, wallruns, vaults, endurance and much more. We also dedicate some time to building a strong and agile body to prepare for the advanced movements. And of course, we include a healthy dose of play throughout including games which will test the students’ new abilities, like Precision-Tag. Each class includes some unstructured free-time for the students to play and explore new movements and combinations. This class is for students 7 to 12 years old.
