Parkour 2 (12 and older)

In this class, students build on the fundamentals of parkour they learned in Parkour I including proper jumping and landing technique, balance, flips, rolls, climbing, wallruns, vaults, endurance and much more. Students will learn to combine more skills along with longer runs.  More advanced flips and vaults will also be taught.  Strength training and flexibility will also be incorporated into the class.    This class is for students 13 years and older.
