Summer Strength (3 days/week)

In the strength program we are developing this summer, we are striving to help the girls (and other gymnasts/tumblers) continue to gain strength in the skills needed for competition season (or just overall skills they want to grow in).

Yes. The class is based on strength for gymnastics. We will have certain areas we work on, on certain days. There will be random cardio conditioning based days. That does not mean we won’t be adding strength to the lesson that day, but we do need to up endurance to compete at our full potential during our routines.

The class will be held Monday-Thursday from 7:30 am-9:00 am! Your child is welcome to come just 1 day a week, and up to all 4 days offered in the week!
