Ages 10-16:
This 55 minute class is for intermediate girls. Students are taught skills on each of the four main Olympic events: vault, bars, beam, and floor, using USA Gymnastics skill progressions. Gymnasts warm-up for the first 15 minutes of each class, incorporating cardio, flexibility, and strength into their warm-up. After warming up, the students will spend time on three events, alternating vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline each week.
