Anxiety and Stress Management Using Creative Arts and Mindfulness (Teens) - Spring

This workshop addresses anxiety; symptoms, triggers, and physical and environmental sources (for example school, peers, family). Participants will learn how to manage and cope in a creative way. Activities include body scanning, mindfulness, painting to express and process anxiety, and vision boards to promote hope.
